Vellio is a tool for monitoring and responding to public reviews of your business. It does not guarantee any specific business outcome.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. You confirm you have the right to manage the reviews of the businesses you connect.

Do not use Vellio to harass, defame, or harm others.

Do not generate spam, fake reviews, or misleading content.

Do not reverse-engineer or bypass usage limits.

Vellio is in early access. The Eco plan is free during beta. When paid plans launch you will be told at least 14 days in advance and can cancel before any charge.

Reply suggestions and tips are produced by AI. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you post it. Vellio never posts replies on your behalf.

Vellio is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost revenue, or third-party outages.
