Vellio collects only what it needs to run the service. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and only use third-party services to operate the product.

Account info: your email, business name, password (hashed), and plan.

Your reviews: fetched from Google on your request.

Your inbox: notifications generated for your account.

Basic usage info used only to keep the product running and improve it.

We do not sell or rent your data.

We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

We do not track you across other websites.

We never post anything publicly without your approval.

Google, to fetch your business reviews.

Anthropic (Claude), to draft AI reply suggestions and tips.

Resend or Google, to send important emails such as bad-review alerts.

Supabase and Vercel, to store data and host the app.

Some of this data is processed in the United States.

Export your data at any time from the Reviews page.

Delete your account and all its data from Settings.

Correct your information from Settings.
